Publication Fees
The registration fee does not include publication charges. Any applicable publication fee will depend on the publication outlet selected by the author.
Information regarding conference proceedings, partner journals, publication requirements, and additional charges will be announced separately on the official conference website.
Registration Procedure
- Complete the online registration form.
- Select the appropriate registration category.
- Make the payment through the designated payment method.
- Upload valid proof of payment.
- Wait for confirmation from the Organizing Committee.
Presenters may complete their registration after receiving a Letter of Acceptance. At least one author of each accepted paper must complete the registration and payment process.
Non-presenter participants registering during the early-bird period are not required to make a payment but must still complete the registration form.

- Registration fees are non-refundable.
- One presenter registration covers one accepted paper.
- An additional fee may apply to a second paper submitted by the same presenter.

- Authors and participants are responsible for ensuring that their registration details are accurate.
- Paid registration is considered complete only after payment has been verified by the Organizing Committee.
