The Organizing Committee of The 1st ODIS International Conference on Research, Learning, and Sustainable Innovation 2027 invites researchers, academics, educators, students, professionals, and practitioners to submit original papers for presentation at the conference.

Submission Categories
Authors may submit manuscripts in the following categories:

General Requirements
- Manuscripts must be written in English.
- Submissions must be original and relevant to the conference topics.
- Manuscripts must not have been published or simultaneously submitted to another conference or journal.
- Authors must use the official conference paper template.
- The paper should contain between 3,000 and 6,000 words, including tables, figures, and references.
- Manuscripts must be submitted in Microsoft Word format (
.docor.docx). - References should follow the citation style specified in the official paper template.
- All listed authors must have made a meaningful contribution to the paper.
- Authors are responsible for the accuracy, language quality, and ethical integrity of their manuscripts.
Manuscript Structure
The manuscript should generally include:
- Paper title
- Author names and institutional affiliations
- Corresponding author’s email address
- Abstract of 150–250 words
- Three to five keywords
- Introduction
- Literature review or conceptual framework
- Research methodology
- Results and discussion
- Conclusion and recommendations
- Acknowledgements, if applicable
- References
The structure may be adjusted for conceptual papers, literature reviews, case studies, or best-practice reports.
Submission Procedure
- Download and use the official conference paper template.
- Prepare the manuscript according to the submission guidelines.
- Complete the online submission form.
- Upload the manuscript in Microsoft Word format.
- Ensure that the title, author names, affiliations, and corresponding author’s details are accurate.
- Wait for the review result and Letter of Acceptance from the Organizing Committee.
- Revise the manuscript if requested by the reviewers.
- Complete the presenter registration and payment.
- Submit the final revised manuscript before the specified deadline.
Review Process
All submitted papers will undergo an editorial screening and peer-review process. Manuscripts will be evaluated based on:
- Relevance to the conference topics
- Originality and contribution
- Clarity of research objectives
- Appropriateness of methodology
- Quality of analysis and discussion
- Academic and practical significance
- Organization and clarity of writing
- Compliance with research and publication ethics
The review decision may be:
- Accepted without revision
- Accepted with minor revisions
- Accepted with major revisions
- Rejected
The decision of the Scientific Committee is final.
Research and Publication Ethics
Authors must ensure that:
- The manuscript is free from plagiarism.
- All sources are properly acknowledged and cited.
- Research involving human participants has followed applicable ethical requirements.
- Data, images, tables, and figures have been used responsibly.
- Any conflict of interest or funding support is disclosed.
- The use of artificial intelligence tools, if any, complies with the conference and publication policies.
- Artificial intelligence tools must not be listed as authors.
Manuscripts that violate academic integrity or publication ethics may be rejected or withdrawn.
Presentation Requirements
- Accepted papers must be presented online in English.
- Each presentation will be allocated approximately 10–15 minutes, followed by a discussion session.
- Presenters must use the official conference presentation template, if provided.
- At least one author of each accepted paper must register as a presenter.
- Presentation schedules and technical instructions will be provided before the conference.
Publication Opportunity
Accepted and presented papers may be considered for publication in conference proceedings or partner journals, subject to editorial selection and further review.
Publication is not automatic. Authors must comply with the scope, formatting requirements, ethical standards, and review policies of the selected publication outlet. Any applicable publication charges will be announced separately.

Important Notes

- Authors who complete their registration by 15 December 2026 are eligible for the early-bird registration fee.
- Revised manuscripts must be submitted no later than 20 December 2026.
- At least one author of each accepted paper must register as a presenter.
- Papers that have been accepted but are not presented at the conference may not be included in the conference publication process.
- The detailed conference program and parallel-session schedule will be announced on 3 January 2027.
