The ODIS International Conference on Research, Learning, and Sustainable Innovation is an international academic forum initiated by the ODIS Research and Learning Ecosystem. Schedule

The premiere ODIS International Conference 2027 will take place online on 9 January 2027. The program will feature an opening ceremony, keynote and invited-speaker sessions, interactive discussions, and parallel paper presentations in live oral, pre-recorded video, and electronic poster formats.

  • 1. When and where will the conference be held?

    The 1st ODIS International Conference 2027 will be held online on 9 January 2027. Access information will be sent to registered participants before the conference.

  • 2. Who can participate?

    The conference is open to lecturers, researchers, students, practitioners, professionals, policymakers, and members of the public from Indonesia and other countries.

  • 3. What are the available participation categories?

    Participants may register as:

    Student Presenter
    General Presenter
    Non-Presenting Author
    Non-Presenter Participant.

  • 4. What presentation formats are available?

    Authors may select one of the following formats:

    Live Oral Presentation
    Pre-Recorded Video Presentation
    Electronic Poster Presentation (E-Poster)
    Paper submission without presentation

    The final presentation format is subject to approval by the Organizing Committee.

  • 5. What is the paper submission deadline?

    The abstract or full-paper submission deadline is 30 November 2026. Notification of acceptance will be issued by 10 December 2026.

  • 6. What language should be used?

    Papers and presentation materials should be written in English. Presentations are generally delivered in English to support international academic participation.

  • 7. Are registration fees refundable?

    Registration fees are non-refundable. Participants should carefully check their category and payment details before completing the transaction.
